Project Virtual Tower

A proposal for a digital bank: an external companion app that turns everyday banking behavior — deposits, card spend, savings streaks — into the construction of a persistent virtual skyscraper, without a single change to the bank's core app.

Avanzati structured the dual-funnel distribution model, the compliant promotions framework, and the three-sided revenue split between the bank, retail brand partners, and the platform itself.
